In this newly reimagined Institute, Development, Admissions, Marketing and Communications staff will join cohorts that will enable them to focus on one area of growth throughout the 2022-23 school year. Choosing from topics such as writing a development plan, developing a robust parent ambassador program, and many others, you will gather in Las Vegas to hear from experts and begin the work of your growth area. Then, throughout the 2022-23 school year, you will meet monthly with your cohort to provide accountability, learn from one another’s progress, and troubleshoot.
