Women’s Leadership Collective
CESA and Generis are pleased to invite women serving in leadership across CESA schools to join a free, six-month cohort led by Holly Tate. This is a space to grow in skill, clarity, and confidence alongside women who understand the calling and the challenges you face. Each month you’ll gather with peers to sharpen your thinking, ask honest questions, and grow in your leadership capacity.
Together, you’ll explore what it means to lead with courage and confidence, navigate hard conversations with grace, and lead without needing everyone’s approval. You’ll deepen your understanding of the business of school, strengthen your financial and development acumen, and learn to build leadership capacity in the people around you. Throughout it all, you’ll be encouraged to stay grounded in who you are and to prepare intentionally for the leadership opportunities still ahead.
Whether you’re a head of school, a division leader, or stepping into greater responsibility, this cohort is designed to meet you where you are and help you grow into who God is calling you to be.
