Seeking a Director of Admissions whose excellent communication and organizational skills will lead, manage, and direct all facets of the admissions process from initial inquiry through admissions to assimilation into the school’s culture. Along with process management, the position provides creative oversight, in keeping with the school’s mission, to draw, enroll and retain mission appropriate students. In collaboration with divisional principals and development staff, the Director of Admissions leads the charge of the marketing and promoting of the school to prospective parents and students.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional interpersonal and communications skills, be highly customer service focused, detail-oriented, organized, and have strong project management and analytical abilities.

Candidate must be professionally qualified, who, by the pattern of their lives, are Christian role models in faith and deed both at school and in private life. Preferred candidates will have experience serving in school admissions and will be capable and confident working with diverse students and families.

Christian Heritage School is a thriving academically and spiritually rigorous Christian day school located in Southern Connecticut. With over 350 students, it is one of the largest K-12 Christian schools in the Northeast and draws students from numerous towns across the state.
